My massage style is an intuitive neuromuscular approach, rooted in a trauma-informed perspective. I draw from a wide range of modalities, weaving them together to help the body release imbalance. In our sessions together we’ll strive to find homeostasis, and a sense of grounding. My secondary practice is intra oral focused, specifically targeting muscles of the inner mouth to relieve many mechanical dysfunctions and stored somatic trauma

I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space for every client, and take care to understand individual needs before and throughout each treatment. That attentiveness is what makes my work effective and makes clients feel genuinely cared for. I look forward to supporting you on your path to feeling your best.

Ty is a licensed massage therapist and breathwork facilitator who has always been called to hold space for others.

My work lives at the intersection of deep tissue/treatment massage, table Thai, and somatic awareness — woven together intuitively, session by session, guided by what I feel beneath my hands and what each client brings through the door.

I prefer to work collaboratively with clients — honoring what the body needs in this season, in this moment. Some days that means focused treatment work; other days it means slowing all the way down and holding a comforting and regulating space. I offer gentle guidance throughout, while honoring that each client is always the authority of their own experience.

My table is for those ready to begin a more tender, more honest relationship with their own body — whether carrying old injuries, long-held tension, or something not yet found words for. Relief comes, and so does something even more precious: the sense that the body, when truly cared for, remembers how to come home to itself.

You don't need to arrive with a plan. You just need to arrive.
